In the event that an event outside our control affects the performance of functions within the application, such obligations will be adjusted during the term and/or at the end of the duration of the event outside our control. In such case, we have no liability to you for the consequences of any failure to comply.

Any unauthorized use of the App for purposes inconsistent with these Terms will be subject to appropriate action and may result in termination of use of the App.
